The EyeEarn compensation plan is based on two components:

1. All active EyeEarn members automatically receive one share of the total MaxMalls Sales Pool. The MaxMalls Sales Pool is 80% of the total revenues SFI receives from all of the MaxMalls.com store sales. Of the remaining 20%, 10% is donated to Save The Children and the other 10% is retained by SFI for overhead expenses. The more sales MaxMalls generates, the larger your share can become.

2. All active EyeEarn members also receive one share of all non-pre-sponsored affiliate signups generated at EyeEarn.com from our worldwide EyeEarn advertising network and co-op. For each signup you receive, you will be recorded as the SFI Sponsor and will be eligible to receive all Sponsor benefits and commissions. This includes unlimited Executive Match Commissions and unlimited Team Match Commissions (see Network Builder Program compensation plan for details).

On each of your EyeEarn-generated affiliates, you can also earn:
- Merchant Services Override Commissions
- TuneFlow Override Commissions
- NiceOffers Merchant Override Commissions
- NiceOffers Fundraisers Override Commissions

You can increase your EyeEarn earnings further by qualifying for additional shares in the following eight ways:

1. Executive Affiliates (EA) automatically receive one additional free share (2 shares total).

2. Executive Affiliates with a minimum 10 SVP Standing Order automatically receive one additional free share (3 shares total).

3. Bronze Team Leaders* (BTL) automatically receive 2 add'l free shares (5 shares total).

4. Silver Team Leaders* (STL) automatically receive 4 add'l free shares (7 shares total).

5. Gold Team Leaders* (GTL) automatically receive 6 add'l free shares (9 shares total).

6. Platinum Team Leaders* (PTL) automatically receive 12 add'l free shares (15 shares total).

* must have a minimum 10 SVP Standing Order.

7. Additional shares can also be earned for retail sales and personal purchases based on Sales Volumes Points (SVP). For each 10 SVP earned above your EA-qualifying 10 SVP, you'll automatically receive one additional free share. EXAMPLE: Buy or sell 30 SVP of any of SFI's products and services in any one business month, and you will receive two additional EyeEarn shares.

8. Loyalty Bonus Shares. For every year you have been at the Executive Affiliate (EA) rank or above, you earn one additional free share (up to 5 shares total). Note: To quality for Loyalty Bonus Shares, minimum EA rank must be maintained CONSECUTIVELY. That is, you have to be at least an EA for 12 straight months to earn one share, for 24 straight months to earn two shares, and so on to 60 months and 5 shares. If at any time you drop below the EA level, your loyalty months count is reset to zero.

SIGN-UP BONUS
For each merchant who has a free Merchant Services credit card terminal installed:
• $16 is earned by the SFI affiliate who referred the merchant. This bonus doubles to $32 if the referring affiliate is an Executive Affiliate (EA).
• An $8 override is paid to the sponsor of the affiliate who referred the merchant provided the referring affiliate's sponsor is an Executive Affiliate (EA).

EARNINGS EXAMPLE:
You are an EA. You place ten free terminals in a month. You earn $320. Your sponsor earns $80.

RESIDUAL INCOME ON CREDIT CARD USAGE
• 80% is earned by the SFI affiliate who referred the merchant.
• 20% override goes to the sponsor of the affiliate who referred the merchant.

You will earn $.60 to $1.60 per $1,000 charged on Visa or Master Cards. Your sponsor will earn 25% of the amount you earn. Note: A range must be used because the processing amount varies depending on who the merchant is and what is required to get the business signed up.

EARNINGS EXAMPLES:
1. Successful restaurants can easily have $25,000 to $35,000 per month in credit card sales. Many, many business do well over $10,000 a month in credit card sales. Refer ten businesses a month who do just $10,000 in credit card sales. In one year, that's $1.2 million in credit card sales being processed a month, and you would earn $720 to $1,920 in residual income every month. After two years, you would be earning $1,440 to $3,840 in residual income every month. That's a grand total of $17,280 to $46,080 annually in residual income, plus the Sign-up Bonuses!

2. You can add even more to your residual earnings by teaching your PSAs (personally sponsored affiliates) how to also sign up merchants. If ten of your PSAs duplicate your $1.2 million a year (as shown in Earning Example #1), you'd add another $1,800 to $4,800 to your monthly residual earnings after one year. That's a grand total of $2,520 to $6,720 per month ($30,240 to $80,640 annually) in residual income, plus the Sign-up Bonuses!

Note: There's no need to stop with just credit card earnings. For every merchant you sign up, you can easily create additional income streams from other Merchant Services such as the Bad Check Recovery service.

Qualifications:
• Residual Income commissions will automatically be paid for one year from the date of the Merchant’s sign-up date with Merchant Services. To continue to receive said commissions beyond one year, the referring affiliate must maintain the minimum rank of Executive Affiliate (EA).

• To receive residual override commissions, sponsors of referring affiliates must maintain the minimum rank of Executive Affiliate (EA).

• At this time, SFI Merchant Services is available only for merchants in the U.S.

For each song purchased (retail sale*), you'll earn up to a $.20 commission. Your sponsor will earn up to $.05 per song (provided their rank is at least Executive Affiliate).

Note that songs are normally purchased via packs of song credits of 10, 20 or 40. Therefore, if you refer a friend to TuneFlow and he purchases 40 song credits, you'll earn up to $8 in commissions, plus 5 SVP.
