ClickBucks Compensation Plan SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Simply advertise your ClickBucks Gateway Website ( http://www.ezinfocenter.com/10136925/CB ) to generate new affiliates. You'll earn up to $10 per new SFI Full Access Affiliate (an affiliate who has confirmed their SFI registration).

The amount you earn per CB signup is calculated once per month (approximately the 10th of each month) when general commissions are processed. For quality assurance purposes, we exclude CB signups in the past 30 days when calculating your current CB commissions. Additionally, the amount you receive for each CB signup will depend on activities taken by CB affiliates who signed up at least 30 days ago as they build their businesses. In other words, at commission processing time, we will look at ALL CB signups you have generated to date, except those who signed up in the past 30 days, and you will be paid for your CB signups based on the overall performance of ALL your eligible signups to date.

That performance determination will be based on a comparison to the activity of non-CB signups. There are five actions typical of "normal" SFI affiliates, as seen in non-CB signups. SFI will compare the frequency of these five actions taken by your CB signups with the typical performance percentages for these actions seen in non-CB signups. This assures that legitimate signups are being generated by ClickBucks.

- If NONE of your CB signups to date have performed these five typical actions, no payment will be made for your CB signups. If after 90 days your percentage is still ZERO, you will no longer be allowed to participate in ClickBucks.

- If more than 0% but less than 1% of your CB signups have taken these five actions to date, you will be paid $.10 per CB signup (for the current pay period).

- If 1% to 1.99% of your CB signups have taken these five actions to date, you will be paid $.20 per CB signup (for the current pay period).

-If 2% to 2.99% of your CB signups have taken these five actions to date, you will be paid $.50 per CB signup (for the current pay period).

-If 3% or more of your CB signups have taken these five actions to date, you will be paid $1.00 per CB signup (for the current pay period).

- You will also earn a one-time commission of $10 for each CB signup you generate who becomes an Executive Affiliate (EA).

Note: SFI reserves the right to restrict any affiliate from participation in the CB program if fraud is suspected!

EXAMPLE:

- Let's say that to date, you have generated 1,000 CB signups.

- On December 10th, when we process commissions, you have 200 CB signups pending for that pay period.

- In checking your CB statistics on December 10th, we discover that 12% of your CB signups to date have completed the five typical actions taken by "normal" affiliates. You, therefore, qualify for the $1.00-per-affiliate rate for your 200 CB signups, earning you $200.

-In addition, seven of your 200 CB signups also become Executive Affiliates. You earn another $70 ($10 per EA) for a grand total CB earnings of $270 for that month.

WHAT ARE THESE 5 ACTIONS SFI IS LOOKING FOR?

Unfortunately, we cannot publish these actions, as that would only encourage fraud. That said, we can tell you that they are all simple, basic actions typically performed by average SFI affiliates. Also note that none of these actions involve or require any sale or purchase (i.e. they are all FREE activities).

NOTE: Amount payouts are SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

IMPORTANT: Be sure you understand that affiliates you generate via the ClickBucks program WILL enter the Powerline under you (if you are an Executive Affiliate), but sponsorship of the affiliates is awarded to other SFI affiliates participating in the EyeEarn Co-op. You cannot earn SVP, Executive Matches or Team Matches on ClickBucks-generated affiliates. ClickBucks affiliates will also not be counted as retail sales.

Put simply, if you participate in the ClickBucks program, you get paid upfront, but you give up all the long-term sponsorship benefits and residuals. Please make sure you carefully consider this before participating in ClickBucks.
